HR Strikes Back
Description
After a long debate, the HR department has decided.
Your company is doing terrible.
How can that be? There is one way to fix it. Make room for new employees. Your job is to promote employee who are above average and fire those who are below average. But time is short - you have to be assertive.
Gameplay
Each employee has 3 stats: intelligence, experience, and work speed.
Some employees bring positive and smart thoughts to the company, others bring negative and dumb thoughts. The same goes for the other two stats.
Let's look at those guys: blue and yellow. Which one should we fire?
Blue has -95 intelligence, -96 experience, and +99 speed. His net score (so the sum of all these numbers) is negative
- 95 - 96 + 99 = -92
so he's a menace. We fire him. We don't need him.
Yellow has +24 intelligence, -28 experience, and +10 speed so his net score is positive
+ 24 - 28 + 10 = +6
That's good. We want more of that, so we promote him.
If you fire someone who's a good employee - that's a bad decision and vice versa.
So, go!
Cleanse the company from those incompetent fools!
